Atlas Demands provides marketing automation services for home service companies, including but not limited to:
Automated lead response and follow-up systems
Missed call text-back automation
Appointment booking and reminder systems
Review request automation
CRM pipeline setup and management
Lead nurture sequences
2. Service Plans & Pricing
We offer the following subscription plans:
Starter Plan: $197 per month — includes instant lead response, missed call text-back, basic CRM pipeline, and email & chat support.
Growth Plan: $297 per month — includes everything in Starter, plus booking follow-up system, review request automation, advanced CRM pipeline, and priority support.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Additional usage fees (e.g., SMS messaging costs, phone number fees) may apply and will be communicated before activation.
3. Billing & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial activation.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Your services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
We will provide a reasonable period to export or transfer your data.

5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current business information.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing SMS/text messaging (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
Obtain proper consent from your customers before we send them automated messages on your behalf.
Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
6. SMS & Messaging Compliance
Atlas Demands facilitates automated messaging on behalf of our clients. By using our messaging services:
You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from message recipients.
Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We reserve the right to suspend messaging services if we detect non-compliant usage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, workflows, and automation templates created by Atlas Demands remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business data and customer information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Atlas Demands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased revenue, lead volume, or review counts.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Demands, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
